Ioannis P. Georgakis

I have graduated the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. I am a lawyer at the Supreme Court, a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2006. I have started to cooperate with the office twelve years ago, from my very first professional steps. I mainly deal with criminal, civil, commercial/corporate law cases as well as enforcement procedure.

I have extensive experience in handling cases related to the operation of businesses and I provide legal advices, always focusing on understanding the needs of each client. I have represented with consistency and determination a number of clients to pursue their claims and compensation both against individuals/private companies and against the State. Since 2015, I have been particularly indulged in banking transactions, mainly from the point of view of borrowers and consumers. I have successfully given judicial and extrajudicial battles, which had as a result the relief and justification of our clients. My goal is always the successful outcome of any judicial or extrajudicial case of the client.
