Thomas K. Karachristos

I graduated from the French University of Lille II (Bachelor with the degree of “Very Good”) and continued my graduate studies at the Paris II Assas University in Paris (Master’s in business law). The law field I chose was “Business Law”, which intrigued me from the beginning of my law studies. I was fortunate enough to have as one of my professors during my graduate studies, an expert of business law, Professor Paul Didier.

In Athens, I have been practicing law since 1999, working with one of the most prestigious law firms of Athens, Apostolos Tomaras Law Offices (1999-2003). In this office I was called upon to handle all kinds of legal cases, which contributed greatly to the discovery and understanding of the correct methodology for approaching each legal matter, independent of the subject. I also gained significant judicial experience while simultaneously deepening my theoretical knowledge of my specialization (company law – commercial law – commercial and non – commercial contracts).

In 2003 I set up my own law firm and has been fortunate enough to be working with remarkable people, tackling particularly delicate legal issues and gaining even greater judicial experience.

Since October 2022 I have been certified for my specialisation in GDPR and as a Data Protection Officer.
