Stefanos K. Moustakis

After graduating from the Law School of the Athens University in 2009, (degree grade “Very well”), I managed to get one step closer to my goal as I started to work in the real field of Law. As a lawyer and member of the Athens Bar Association since 2011, I collaborated with well experienced colleagues in different law firms, where I had the opportunity to gain much experience in studying and handling with responsibility with several of legal cases relating to civil law. 

During the early years of my professional career, I focused on cases related to law of securities, rental disputes, company law and contractual disputes which afforded me a high experience in Law of Obligations.

An additional field of my experience includes checking titles of ownership, rights in rem and real estate that makes me proficient in the law of property. 

Through my cooperation that began in 2017, with the prestigious law office of Thomas Karachristos, I gained additional theoretical and significant judicial experience in civil law deepening in issues related to the management and securing claims, to 3869/2010 law, as well as disputes over traffic accidents.

I am fluent in English and Spanish language and I make use of all the modern technology methods that serve the daily life of a lawyer.
